4 cups watermelon, deseeded and cubed
2 Tbsp. Truvia sweetener (or ¼ cup sugar)
juice from ½ lime
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into a shallow dish. Freeze for at least an hour.
When hardened, scrape top with a fork a place shavings into dishes to serve. Enjoy!
